Digital Planners for Your Goals & Wellness
A digital planner is a hyperlinked PDF document you can use on your iPad, tablet or laptop. It mimics the experience of using a paper planner. It is not an app.
• On your tablet, log into your Etsy account via a web browser like chrome (not the Etsy app as it does not support downloads). You will also receive your files in an email with the order receipt.
• To access your digital files, go to “You” > “Purchases and Reviews” on Etsy. Click “Download Files” next to your order. You can download the files as many times as you like.
• Once the planner PDF loads on your browser, click the Share icon (a box with an upwards arrow) on the top right corner. Then choose the app you want to open the PDF on and import it there.
Yes you can! But do note that the products are designed for tablet usage and the viewing experience will be different from what is shown in the product pictures.
No. The planners mimic the experience of using a paper planner but on an iPad or tablet. You have to manually input your entries either by writing them or typing them in.
This depends on the app that you are using. If you have issues clicking the tabs, I recommend searching for a tutorial online.
If you are using GoodNotes, make sure you have the writing tool turned off to enable clicking the tabs. Click the “Read Only” icon (a pencil with a line through it) located at the top right hand corner.
You may have accidentally deleted one of the linked/tabbed pages on your digital file. Unfortunately, I cannot give you specific advice here since the file will look different from everyone once pages are added or deleted.
I recommend redownloading a clean copy of your digital file from Etsy. You may then copy over your entries from the old version to the new one. To prevent this issue in the future, make sure not to delete the linked/tabbed pages.
Unfortunately no. The tabs cannot be edited.

Yes, they do! You can use the planners on Android tablets with apps like Noteshelf (paid), Xodo (free) and Documents by Readdle (free).
I personally have only used the digital products on my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil with the GoodNotes app. But the digital downloads are PDF documents, so you can input your entries as long as you have a PDF annotation app and a device that supports the use of a stylus.
iOS PDF annotation apps that work with the digital planners: GoodNotes (paid), Notability (paid), Notes Writer (free), Documents by Readdle (free)
Android PDF annotation apps: Noteshelf (paid), Xodo (free), Documents by Readdle (free)
If you are using a laptop, you can also open the PDF on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and type directly onto the PDF.
Yes! You can do this IF you have a PDF annotation app installed on both your tablet & your phone/laptop and it supports syncing documents between devices. You have to enable syncing through the settings on your app.
Please check your PDF annotation app if syncing is supported. (To my knowledge, GoodNotes allows for syncing.)
No. The planners are PDFs and mimic the experience of using a paper planner, so there won’t be any reminders or notifications.
My planners are made to be lag-free! So this might be an issue with your app or device.
Try restarting the app you are using the planner on, restarting your device, or clearing your device storage. Your storage may be almost at full capacity so it’s keeping the app you are using from running smoothly.
Yes! If the app you’re using supports typing then you can input text entries.
Download the zipped file onto the “Files” app on your iPad. Locate and tap it open in the Files app. To unzip the file, tap the Share icon and select “Save to Files”, or tap another app (like GoodNotes) to open it on that app.
If you are on your desktop, unzip the file on your desktop and send it to yourself via email or upload it to cloud storage like Google Drive. Then you can open the file from your email or cloud storage app on your iPad.
As of now, all our planners are undated. You can buy once and use them over and over again!
