On the surface I looked like an excellent student, but I was failing at every other aspect of my life: my health—both mental and physical—and my relationships.

I knew I wasn’t the only one struggling this way. Hustle culture constantly tells us to work harder + faster. But with that comes being overwhelmed at having to do it all, and sacrificing our well-being. I spent a year after graduation reflecting, and thinking there has to be a better way.
No matter how fast life is moving, it’s truly our well-being that matters at the end of the day. With this in mind, I created The Kind Goal Planner not only as a productivity tool to help you accomplish your dreams, but to also take care of your happiness every day.
I am so passionate about this mission because I’ve been there before, and I never want overwhelm or burnout to stand in the way of you achieving your goals. You are capable of anything you put your mind to, and you can do it while caring for your mental well-being!
